Meet Florian Brahe, an accomplished mixologist and the visionary owner of “Tres Jolie,” a renowned cocktail bar that has become the epitome of elegance and sophistication in the city’s nightlife scene. Florian’s love for the art of mixology began at a young age, and he has since become a master of his craft.

Florian’s journey into the world of mixology started with a deep fascination for the alchemy of flavors and the symphony of ingredients that make up a perfect cocktail. Through years of dedication and relentless pursuit of perfection, he honed his skills and gained a reputation for his imaginative and skillfully executed creations.

His career started in Italy around 2009, where he first started working as an assistant bartender in a local cocktail bar. After one year, he goes into Lago Di Garda and that’s where his professional journey started. After 4 years of working in the most prestigious cocktail places of the area, he seeks another adventure for his journey. In 2014, he moves to Thailand in touristic city of Kohsomui where he works as a manager of an Italian bar and restaurant.

After 2 years, he decides to go back to Italy in pursuit of mastering his craft. He starts working at Casa Mazzanti Verona as a bartender, Nobis Via Fama and Cavo 24 as a manager.

After years of honing his craft and making a name for himself as an esteemed mixologist abroad, Florian Brahe felt a powerful call to return to his roots in Albania. The allure of home beckoned him, and he knew that it was time to share his passion for mixology with his own people. With unwavering determination and a vision in mind, Florian made the life-changing decision to open “Tres Jolie” in his hometown.
